The 119th Explorers Club Annual Dinner (ECAD) is officially sold out!

If you missed your chance to purchase tickets for this year’s dinner, we welcome you to join us for the host of other events throughout the weekend. From world-class symposiums to one-of-a-kind celebrations, ECAD weekend gives explorers multiple opportunities to reunite with friends, plan their next expeditions, and make memories to last a lifetime. See below for the full breakout of the weekend’s events – you don’t want to miss it.

 

 

9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Begin the day with a special Awardee Symposium at the University Club, and learn about the lifetime of work that has led these explorers to their recognition as Club Awardees.

VENUE: The University Club, 1 W 54th St, New York, NY 10019

RSVP: Required, this event is only open to Champion ticket holders and higher. Ticket holders must sign-up in advance, registration coming soon.

DRESS CODE: Suit Jacket and Collar Required – No Sneakers, No Jeans

 

11:00 AM – 1:00 PM

For those unable to make the Awardee Symposium, or prefer the next generation!

Join the Next Generation Explorers Network (NGEN) to discover how young explorers are changing the face and future of exploration. Click here to learn more about the speakers.

VENUE: EC Headquarters, 46 E 70th Street, NY, NY, 10021

RSVP: No reservations required, Members and their guests welcome. No ECAD tickets required.

 

 

12:00 – 1:30 PM

For our Ambassador Ticket holders and above. The afternoon will feature a special VIP lunch at the University Club.

VENUE: The University Club, 1 W 54th St, New York, NY 10019

RSVP: This event is open to Ticket holders and table hosts and/or guests at the Ambassador level and up ONLY. Guests in these categories will be contacted directly.

DRESS CODE: Suit Jacket and Collar Required – No Sneakers, No Jeans

 

6:00 – 7:00 PM

Featuring our legendary cocktail reception with world-famous hors d’oeuvres to test your mettle and the bravery of your guests – you can bid on the trip of a lifetime while perusing unique lots from the world of exploration.

Check-in for guests with VIP tickets begins at 5:30 pm.

7:00 – 10:00 PM

Featuring our full Awards Gala in celebration of our Annual Awardees, a Live Auction, Dinner, and several surprise guests

Hosted by Josh Gates MN’08, star of Tales from The Explorers Club

VENUE: The Glasshouse, 660 12th Avenue

RSVP: ECAD tickets are required and the gala is SOLD OUT.

DRESS CODE: Black Tie and Traditional Cultural Attire

 

10:00 – 12:00 PM

The evening will cap with an after-party and live music – and as we’re in the heart of the “Big Apple,” easy access to all forms of New York transportation, where you and your new friends can easily continue the evening in the world’s premier nightlife location – or quickly retreat to your hotel.
