Spend Sunday at Club Headquarters, attending our annual members meeting in the morning and celebrating the return of expedition flags in the afternoon, before ending the weekend with a final toast at our closing reception.

Breakfast
9:00 am
Club Headquarters will serve a light breakfast and the Gallery will also be open with a concept store from The Explorers Club Outfitters for members and guests to peruse Club merchandise. The Club Store will remain open throughout the day.
Annual Meeting
10:00 am
The Explorers Club Annual Meeting anchors Sunday – with reports from our Vice Presidents, and the announcement of our new Board Members – a unique chance for Members to hear from Club leadership. If you are not a Member, you can still come to Headquarters, but note that it will be extremely crowded until the meeting ends at lunch. Only active, up-to-date members can attend.
Flag Returns & Expedition Storytelling
1:00 pm
Kick-off the afternoon with the return of three Club Flags back from the field, presented to Club President Richard Garriott, LM’98 and VP for Flag & Honors Martin Nweeia, FN’99. Followed by presentations for your exploration peers back from the field. All are welcome!
Closing Reception: Cosmic in Nature
5:30 pm
Join the Conservation & Sustainability Committee for a closing reception and raise a glass to wish everyone well on their explorations until we can assemble again next year.
