The 119th Explorers Club Annual Dinner (ECAD) is officially sold out!

If you missed your chance to purchase tickets for this year’s dinner, we welcome you to join us for the host of other events throughout the weekend. From world-class symposiums to one-of-a-kind celebrations, ECAD weekend gives explorers multiple opportunities to reunite with friends, plan their next expeditions, and make memories to last a lifetime. See below for the full breakout of the weekend’s events – you don’t want to miss it.

 

 

9:00 AM

Club Headquarters will offer a light breakfast.

The Gallery will also be open with a full offering from The Explorers Club Outfitters for members and guests to peruse Club merchandise. The Club Store will remain open throughout the day.

RSVP: No reservations required, Members and their guests welcome. No ECAD tickets required.

 

10:00 AM

The Explorers Club Annual Meeting anchors Sunday – with reports from our Vice Presidents, and the announcement of our new Board Members – a unique chance for Members to hear from Club leadership.

RSVP: MEMBERS ONLY. No ECAD tickets or sign-up required.

 

1:00 PM

Kick-off the afternoon with the return of three Club Flags back from the field, presented to Club President Richard Garriott LM’98 and VP for Flag & Honors Martin Nweeia FN’99.

RSVP: No reservations required, Members and their guests welcome. No ECAD tickets required.

 

5:00 PM

Follow-up with friends you made the night before, and make plans for the Summer of 2022, with a closing toast to cap ECAD weekend, hosted by the Conservation Committee.
