Check In: All check-in conducted in lobby where ticket holders will pick up their wristband.
Sustainer and Preserver ticket holders check in at 6PM for VIP Reception in Trophy Room. The VIP cocktail reception runs from 6:30-7:30PM.
Grass Roots ticket holders check in at 7:00PM.
Cancellation/”No Show” Policy
* If a reservation is canceled within after October 15th there will be No Refund of the ticket price..
* Credit Cards provided for payment will be charged within 4 days prior to the event.
* There are no refunds for a “No Show” to a catered event.
